Pet Owners Policy: 3 Pet Maximum
We would like to be able to keep Avalon Landing RV Park Pensacola pet friendly, but it takes ALL pet owners being responsible for their pet(s) to be able to do this. We hope you will continue to help us with our efforts in keeping our park clean and pet friendly by letting us know if our policy is being met or not. If you see another pet owner not keeping to our policies please let us know.
- Pets should be kept on a leash anytime they are not inside your RV and should never be left unattended while they are outside of your RV. This included late at night and early in the morning.
- Pet owners must clean up after their pets immediately, even when on their own site.
- Clean-up bags should always be with you when walking you walking your pet(s). If you are temporarily without bags some may be obtained from the Park’s office.
- Young children should not walk the pet(s).
- No pets may be left outside unattended, even at your own site. No fences/pens allowed on site. This includes all types of pets. it is a pet policy not a dog policy.
- Pets should NOT be walked on other campers’ sites.
- If there is pet mess on your site, we will assume it is from your pet. If there are already pet messes at your site when you first arrived please let us know at that time and we will clean it up. Please inform the office if other pet owners bring their pets onto your site and we will speak to them.
- We do have breed restrictions. No Rottweilers, Pit-bulls, or German Shepherds allowed. Exceptions for service industries only.
Our Park is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owner for any injury or damage caused by pet(s). In addition, the owner of the pet that causes injury or damage to others is expected to resolve the issue directly with the injured party.
